MamaLicht rents Softlaser devices to customers for temporary use.

The device remains the property of MamaLicht at all times.

The customer may choose from the rental periods and prices displayed on the website at the time of ordering.

The rental period selected during the order applies.

The rental period begins when the device is delivered to the customer.

At the end of the rental period, the customer must return the device promptly using the return method provided by MamaLicht.

If additional time is required, the customer should request an extension before the end of the rental period. Extensions are subject to availability and may incur additional rental charges.

MamaLicht delivers within Germany.

Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times and applicable charges are displayed during the ordering process.

Delivery dates and times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.

A prepaid return label is provided with the rental.

At the end of the rental period, the customer must carefully repack the device, including all accessories, in the packaging provided and hand the parcel to the designated shipping provider.

The customer should retain proof of shipment until the return has been confirmed.

If the device is not returned at the end of the agreed rental period and no extension has been agreed, MamaLicht may charge additional rental fees for the period during which the device remains with the customer.

MamaLicht reserves the right to claim additional damages where legally permitted.

The customer must handle the device carefully and use it only in accordance with the supplied instructions and manufacturer’s safety information.

The device may not be sold, pledged, transferred, sublet or otherwise provided to third parties.

The customer must protect the device against loss, theft and damage.

The customer must notify MamaLicht promptly if the device or any accessory is lost, stolen or damaged.

The customer is responsible for loss or damage to the extent required by applicable law where this results from intentional or negligent handling or use contrary to the supplied instructions.

Normal wear resulting from proper use is not charged.

Where a device cannot be returned due to loss or irreparable damage for which the customer is responsible, MamaLicht may claim the appropriate replacement value in accordance with applicable law.

The Softlaser must only be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, safety information and contraindications supplied with the device.

Protective eyewear must be used where required. The laser must never be directed into the eyes.

The customer is responsible for reading the supplied instructions before first use.

Information provided by MamaLicht, including information on the website and in application guides, is intended to support the correct use of the rented device and provide general information.

It does not replace individual medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Customers should consult a doctor, midwife, lactation consultant or other qualified healthcare professional if they have questions about symptoms, diagnosis or whether Low-Level Laser Therapy is appropriate for their individual situation.

The applicable rental price is the price displayed at the time of ordering.

Unless stated otherwise, consumer prices include applicable VAT.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Consumers have the statutory rights of withdrawal applicable under German law.

Information concerning the right of withdrawal, applicable deadlines and the consequences of withdrawal will be provided separately during the ordering process where required.

MamaLicht is liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence and where liability cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

For other cases, liability is governed by applicable German law.

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights relating to defective products or other mandatory consumer rights.

German law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable to the customer.
